Team Challenge cancellation:

  • Cancellation up to 21 days prior to the event can be made free of charge.
  • A deposit of 50% has to be paid within a week . If you book the event in less than a week prior to the execution, the deposit has to be paid within 24 hours.
  • If you fail to pay the deposit in time, Urban Ranger Camp will cancel your booking.
  • Cancellations later than 21 days prior to the event will not be refunded with deposit.
  • The group size can be adjusted up to 21 days prior to the event.
  • If subcontractors are included in the event, their cancellation terms are binding for their deliveries.

 

Privacy Policy:

The business understands and respects the importance of privacy on the Internet. The business will not reveal customer / user information to third parties unless necessary to implement a transaction. The business will not sell your name, address, e-mail address, credit card or personal data to any third party without your prior permission.
